There is one problem with all your responses:

Uplisting Problems- OK so get the uplisting 1st. Aren't you expecting that is was to occur already......... but for some strange reason has not



So let's knock out the weakest part of this first. Uplisting to either exchange requires months of meetings due to the exceptions we are applying under. It is not an overnight event.

With that out of the way let's get to what wrecks every argument you made, with the an argument you made.

OK so get the uplisting 1st.



Uplisting means two very important things. First kind of short selling that occurs in the OTC is gone, too much transparency. More importantly:

Organic share price growth.

Being on a major exchange brings in more investors, institutions and opens up option trading. That is going to give us a lot of upward pressure driving up the share price. No company will disrupt that kind of organic growth.
