That discounts entirely the facts as provided by the untreated patients who were interviewed by government investigators. It discounts entirely the facts as provided by ArrayIT's biller. It discounts entirely any other physicians (now going beyond physician #1) who may have plead guilty already, or are faced with charges and may yet plead guilty.

Mark Schena can struggle more if he likes. If his case goes to trial, the charges won't be single sample cases with a $5M fine and 20-30 years, it'll be multiple cases.
