#193938 RE: TRUISM #193935

"Anticipate" stated by a company, can also be deemed as CYA. As in, Cover Your Assets. As most company executives know, "anything can happen." Anticipate leaves "wiggle room." Exactitudes obviously don't.

The S1 has an area called "Risk Factors." It's 13 pages of things that could go wrong with the company or pose as risks. Obviously, it is not to say every one of those things will happen. It's to be up-front to all who may invest in KBLB. That section is followed by the "Disclosure Regarding Forward-looking Statements." Open disclosures required by all companies.

All in all, every stock is risky. Some more than others. KBLB is just like the others when it comes to risk. Except for the thing about producing a one-of-a-kind, never-before Commercialized product. That's exclusive to KBLB. Maybe even more of a risk?

Mass Production is proven through the use of an existing infrastructure that has done the same thing for centuries. The product is ready to go with multiple product lines. Customers are lined up waiting on the product. Next steps are Uplist and Launch! IMHO
