That defeats Nasrat's scam entirely.

Plus, Carter already stated Elite doesn't have the money.

If Elite bought them now, that would mean Elite lied on the CC about being able to afford the products.

Nasrat stated in the CC that he hopes Elite "eventually" will get 100% of the rights.

"Eventually" means many years down the road when the Adderall products are worth MUCH MUCH MUCH more than what Nasrat paid for them.

That's the WHOLE point of Nasrat pulling off this scam.

Buy them now for CHEAP, and then sell them to Elite for 5-10 FOLD several years later!!!!!

If many of us write Diane with same idea, like we want Elite to own 100% of the rights asap so how about selling them to Elite against future profits
