He said north of 4 million because the year is not over yet,will be much higher imo.

1. I agree that it sounds like the Product Sales for 2020 should be North of $4 Million. I think the Total Revenues could be close to double that amount, due to adding in License Revenues, royalties, Equipment Rentals (and perhaps a few equipment sales ... UK?)

2. I do not buy into the concept that he said "north of $4m, simply because we are only halfway through the year.

Say that Gary has an expectation of reaching Annual Total Sales of $6 Million.
And ... say that at the end of Q1, Gary sees that PCTL Sales-to-Date were $1 Million. It would be unreasonable if Gary would have said in early April that he expects "Annual Sales will be North of $1 Million", simply because that is what they sold in Q!, if in actuality he expects annual sales of $6 Million.
