Nasrat had the money.

Therefore, WHY didn't he just loan Elite the money, JUST like he did with the 1 million several years ago, at a good interest rate for himself so all the transaction details would be PUBLICLY available???

WE ALL KNOW WHY.

Nasrat is going to SELL them to Elite through his PRIVATE company at a MUCH MUCH MUCH HIGHER price than what he paid to SunGen.

There's a REASON why Nasrat is REFUSING to tell us how much he paid for the 50% ownership of the Adderall products.

I think everyone understand here we don't have ANY legal ground to know details about the transaction between two private companies, Sungen and Mikah. PERIOD.

I suggest King as he is worried the most and vocal about it, to contact Dianne and see if there is any conflict of interest here. Thanks in advance King!


My personal opinion regarding to Adderall IR and Adderall XR transaction, Sungen with China connection was a partner with Elite but now Mikah a US based company is the partner. I see this is as positive sign.

What about if one day we all become Mikah shareholders?!! Just throwing the idea out there. Reverse merger of Mikah and Elite.

I hope to get some thoughts from Winechemist, No2Koolaid or Weezuhl about reverse merger theory.
