#193912 RE: Jakito #193903

"You’ve answered your own question in your ramble. “Some institutions may still not want to invest in an otc company”

heres the whole quote: "Some institutions may still not want to invest in an otc company...but plenty still will...and it’s not like kblb is going to need a whole lot of institutions...one or two would be just fine."

you are going to have to do better than that...

"And it’s really about them being constrained by their own investment rules not as basic as saying they don’t want to."

that would be there loss would it not?...it wont be kblb's loss...kblb will have the investments they need by institutions on the otc…

"This, and the ongoing ability to raise finance from a much wider range of institutions through further share placings/offerings as and when needed for further expansion, partnerships, acquisitions JV’s."

when kblb is mass producing and selling tonnage and making money, and has large well known customers, those things will come...as will Nasdaq...and they will all come organically..

but I guarantee you, if kblb doesn't not perform well on the Nasdaq, none of those things will be available to kblb...being on Nasdaq will make no difference...

if kblb performs well, those things will be just as available to kblb on the otc...

"And maybe lastly just the slight improvement in prestige that comes with the uplist, as you have been keen to point out how terrible the OTC is over the years."

actually I haven't...I have addressed some of the drawbacks...they exist in everything...but you have never heard me claim that the otc is a cesspool...

the only thing you mentioned that is not available on the otc is the prestige...

so then, kim is taking a huge risk and doing a huge s-1, huge r/s for a "slight improvement in prestige"?...

I mean seriously, if everyone were to tell their brokers or ANY big sophisticated investors that they had put a lot of money into a company that is dead broke, tiny, and is about to do a huge public offering of shares, a r/s and then jump onto Nasdaq...but its ok because that company is right on the verge of going big time because they are are about to announce all kinds of fabulous information about mass production, sales etc...

100% of all who reply will ask "well why don't they just wait then?"..

why not indeed?...

as I asked...what is the urgency to take such enormous risk?...
