Good insight. There’s no point in closing early just to realize you missed something. A lot of big names have their reputation in the line, including the accounting firm. I doubt this will close early but if it does great

I believe the deal is done. They could have said August 31st or later and no one would think twice, but they specifically said July 15th because when the LOI was released the deal was 99% done already. These companies are too big and their legal departments too savvy to play around.

I am glad you are amused with someones concerned over there investment. It says what is says and more of these HUGE deals that are gonna make us all rich fall thru than materialize. I have some experience with large corporations myself and understand that these things take time. I am still concerned because it is not done yet. I have seen things fall thru after alot of money has been spent so I do know it can fall thru. I am looking forward to the deal being completed but they did word it as if it could be at another time. I am in because of the names, the buying, the chart pattern. I like it. but am a skeptic. hope you get the chance to come back and say you told me so.
