2) What in the hell is a "provisional reservation" and NOT "made" yet, but "shall be made" - I guess when this con "contact person" (aka the auto-bot email responder they created) will make the fictional "reservation" when the bot gets to it :)

3) "on or around but no later than the end of September" blah blah = MORE CON-n-FRAUD bullshit-speak by KISA who's the con behind this fraud.

What legit "company" writes like that? IF, IF there was some bullshit "packet" to be "sent out", then just send the damn thing or "all packets will be sent on date X" , period. 4) CALL THE ELEXUS or email them as I did- they have NEVER HEARD OF GIFA INC or Yusus Kisa and HAVE NO BLOCK OF ROOMS RESERVED for any "company" or con named "GIFA INC" and have never been contacted by same w/ a down payment for a block or rooms, "FREE" meals, dining, free gambling etc.

5) GIFA INC is a NEVADA based U.S. corp- well, except that IT DOES NOT EXIST other than the bullshit "address" (the bloom closet sized "suite" they use for FREE in San Diego) but WHY would they make their shareholders FLY HALF WAY AROUND THE WORLD to have their "shareholder meeting" when their shareholder base, all 30 or 35 or so (LMAO!!) if even that, 90% or more are in the USA?

Why wouldn't the few fantasy "GIFA Board Members" FLY HERE (USA) on their dime and book a luxury hotel and FREE ROOMS for everyone in San Diego, their fantasy "USA WORLD HEADQUARTERS" and hold the bullshit non-existent "meeting" there????????

MAKES NO SENSE - other than a Kisa con-n-fraud scam as usual????

6) GIFA for 3 YEARS "claimed" to have or "WILL BE COMPLETING BY END OF 2018 and then 2019 a WORLD CLASS HOTEL AND CASINO" aka the stolen Foxwood hotel-con as it's known now.

LOOK UP THE DEFINITION of a company/corporate "secretary/co-secretary" and one of their PRIMARY FUNCTIONS would be to "run and oversee" any "shareholder meetings".

IF BILL WILLIAM AUL does not confirm IN WRITING (which he WILL NOT) that HE, HE specifically will "BE IN CYPRUS chairing or assisting with the shareholder meeting" then it DOES NOT EXIST. PERIOD.
