They may be legit,
Zero chance. They cannot legally claim to have any reserves without any drilling or a feasibility study....yet they say they have "reserves worth billions".
That report they are using to back up their "reserves" is garbage. I have looked at a lot of mineral assessment reports, and I promise you, it is so bad and so misleading, that the geologist that wrote it could lose his license over it, should someone complain to the Texas Board of Geoscientists.
