I thought the same, but then I come back to why would the company sell shares cheap when they could get more for them later and have to sell less. Just doesn't make sense to sell them at these prices .. Wouldn't be business a good business move.
That is not how it works. People were accumulating shares for a long time, some were stuck from the R/S, others were flipping. I bought and sold four times on June 3rd, and twice on June 4th. That was a day trader feast. I think you may have put to much thought into it.
