1. You cannot compare a company that is essentially a defense contractor to any of those companies on your list.

2. There are ongoing discussions to reduce the number of shares outstanding.

3. The new OZSC will have plenty of contracts in the coming months.

Obviously you have not done your DD on the growth sector that OZSC is moving into. The past is the past my friend. It does not always predict the future.

SEIA, the Energy Storage Association (ESA) and others also want to see the federal ITC extended to storage-only projects. Right now, energy storage only qualifies for the ITC when it’s integrated with solar resources that are eligible for the ITC.

I don't think Cathy will allow Brian to run this partnership to the ground. She'd be all over him and she can pull the plug of this partnership if found he cant be trusted. Her reputation is at stake here and for sure she doesn't want to hear any complaints from disgruntled shareholders about their investment. For Brian, this is his second chance to redeem himself and i am just glad that he's not in full-control.. i hope this former con-artist as some people call him can change because i believe in a second chance. I crossed my fingers.
