So why did Hai Kang Life choose PMCB to get FDA to authorize the use of their covid 19 test kits?

Because no one else wanted to partner with them. For unknown reasons.

Since PMCB doesn't have much of anything leading the company, let's pretend they are so called great. What experience exists which has guided a pharma product from China to US FDA approval for marketing? What experience exists for setting up large distribution channels for the product in the US? What experience exists, which has successfully marketed a pharma product? Or in this specific case has successfully grabbed already established market share from larger,better funded, and more experienced pharma companies?

In that context, one indeed needs to ask why Hai Kang chose a Microcrap biotech scam, with no experience in any of these areas?

Maybe that's why Hai Kang provided a hedge for itself: Volunteered to provide for free its test kits to ANY non-profit lab or organization. Which means the non-profits wouldn't be able to use the test kits (past 15 days) until they got EUA approval. A potentially faster way for Hai Kang to get its kits an EUA without relying on PMCB. Where weeks have already turned into months.

all I know is if both these technologies make it to market will be worth an enormous amount of money...

The only worth is material for a slew of Kenny PR pumps.

This is part of a means by which to bring in a COVID play which distracts from the ongoing IND fiasco.
The COVID-19 test market is already saturated with test kits. Pretty soon
Costco will have a test kit.

These BOD members are paid to sit there and that's about it.
As for the one BOD member who worked for Phizer (Pfizer), who may be whispering in Pfizer's ear about this CiaB technology and IPC, it is hysterically funny to think Pfizer would not think they were getting punked, and to think Pfizer would take this outdated technology seriously.
