There is no R/S coming....just more noise
Kenny has a choice:
1. A R/S raising the PPS, and slowing down the subsequent dilution rate. The negative side is some SHs pissed off due to having 10X less shares. Higher price yielding lower volume. But possibly more responsive to the PR pumps.
or
2. Don't R/S. Current SHs keep their dreams. Sitting on a pile of shares. The downside is the share dilution rates keeps accelerating. Pulling down the PPS more. As it becomes more difficult to dump, 3rd parties will want a larger discount for the private placements. Kenny can pump out the kazoo and have no effect - almost there now.
Sooner or later all Microcraps either R/S or slowly suffocate under the weight of the O/S.
Again, IMO Kenny blew it. He should've R/Sed back in early 2017, with the pre-IND nonsense as cover. Make up a story about how it would help funding. SHs would've cheered, and since forgotten it had happened.
