Good interpretation...... I have a slightly different opinion on the matter. To become fully SEC reporting after several years, paying the audit fees, filing the form 4’s etc, to me, indicates they want the stock to have legitimate value. There will be a transaction in my opinion. Something that will increase that stock value, otherwise why waste the money/effort? I think (humble opinion) there is a STRONG buyout or partnership in the cards here.
