Ya as I read it EVIO my assumption is that EVIO is just going to print a bunch of shares off and hand them to steep. I don't know much about the former Steep CEO but apparently he's pissed off still about getting kicked out of there. It smells like a revenge lawsuit to me.
A Steep Hill merger would save EVIO, so it's a step in the right direction but if the lawsuit blocks the merger it won't be good for us, that's for damn sure.
