We are all aware of the information posted on Twitter and the merger website.

At this point it go either way, time will tell. Until we get an update, we are just guessing.

Regardless of what company or operations are brought in, what we know about the RNWF corporate structure is that the SS is tight and the corporate balance sheet is clean to help more directly reflect in the pps the intrinsic value of the incoming operations.
