That would be buying as the stock climbs. In gambling its called chasing the last win. Someone bets on a 10 to 1 shot to happen and wins, everyone else sees it and bets on the 10 to 1. In this case when CYDY gets back up to 7 or 8 bucks that is 2 to 3 dollars less buying power.

Trust in the science not in the gamblers approach to the stock market.
