Me too. I think they will take more than 2 weeks, since the Bozo in Charge took 4 weeks for his response. With the holiday in there, even more reason for a slight delay.
It should be worth the wait because the first SEC filing was only about what was known at the time of the suspension, whereas this one allows responses and additional findings!
I really hope that Berman's rants in his filing ended up allowing the SEC to do additional discovery on those points, and spank him harder with the info!
If you notice, some of the bravado about the whole process seems to have calmed down from his little gang. He might even be a little concerned! lol
