Nikola's technology, broadly speaking of course, mirrors that used by Mims Motors. And Eric Mims, its CEO, posted on Facebook a few years ago that BORK metal alloy technology was being used in Mims soon-to-be-produced vehicles.
So the connection, if any, is indirect only, perhaps using BORK stock as a play on the private Mims Motors mirroring Nikola.
