No one is questioning jurisdiction. That was established at the beginning of the case.

IF there is a Final Judgement, it MUST be served, recognized and enforced in Brazil. It's a very, very long and difficult process, especially in light of Brazil's CV19 issues.

GDSI may never see a penny and certainly will never own Rontan.
