Good question. Since this list was published scores of additional drugs and vaccines have moved forward to be studied,including Leronlimab.

Many here have done more DD on Leronlimab than I have and could comment in more detail.

My review show Leronlimab mechanism of action is primarily as an anti-inflammatory and may be a good choice as a combination treatment with Brilacidin which I view as primarily as an anti viral. We will know more about both drugs as their studies progress.

The main point of my post was to show how the initial drugs studied with the exception of Brilacidin and Inovio's vaccine have not faired well and the answer to Covid 19 is going to come from some other direction.
