Yes, I see nothing to stop it. The bad eggs have been removed from the company's BOD including the CEO. SEC has been working with the company. Being off the NASDAQ for awhile is no big deal. The company is still in operation.

Not sure what the result of the upcoming stockholders meeting on July 05, 2020 will be.
