So the judge was going to sign off on only consummated transactions in the ccaa and crossed out any fairytale future transactions not consummated. No problem there . Why would she appove a transaction that hasn't happened ?
And in case you missed it PWC was the debtors assignee.

So what? How did the sentence read after that markup in the final order that the judge signed?

Here’s a clue: no matter what, everything that happened to this company is in the court records and monitor’s reports. There are no other transactions that happened or that will happen hidden in the markups of the preliminary drafts of the documents.

Company is dead and buried, like it or not.
