I personally was in NYC helping nurses a block from Manhattan with covid patients.

They were using these lights as well for when they nurses got back from the hospitals to step on to destroy any bacteria on their feet in the lobby before they went up to their rooms.

I truly actually believe in this technology, seeing it for the first time I was shocked like what is this.
