Involuntary Manslaughter? Everything in this post is in my opinion.

If you interfere with a company that is involved in the medical treatment of people who's lives are in jeopardy by purposely placing false and misleading information "the attack" and the result of that attack is deemed to have contributed to a death in what ever manner, could it be considered involuntary manslaughter?

Doesn't seem much different than texting on a cell phone while driving with the result that somebody dies, did the texting driver mean for anybody to die no, but they did; Wham an involuntary manslaughter charge. Maybe a reach but criminal charges and civil lawsuits have been brought for less.

At best it appears to be a form of fraud involving information crossing interstate lines, Interstate fraud falls into the FBI's jurisdiction.

As we all know nothing put on the web ever really goes away.

Side note; a site I discover quite some time back which achieves a lot of information.

Of course the FBI has their own resources.

I harp on the political side and I'll do it again if the company had been in Trumps ear (and that still could happen especially following results) if "The Attack" is deemed to be against the recovery and interests of the United State, Katy bar the door because they will find you.
