I cannot answer regarding the “other affiliates” unless if you provide some details and link.

What I understand is that Waske’s motion is to reclassify Cts into preferred.

His reason for his motion is that ECaps was paid or swapped with equivalent preferred.
And so, Cts must get the same treatment because both are in parities.
