It's nice to be able to retire young (ish) and enjoy life.
I was forced to and just wish my health was better so I could travel more.
Both my wife and her mom sold their condos this past month. Both at full asking and, each in less than 24 hours. I was shocked. Damn real estate agent made over 50k in a few hours. . 2.75m for the wife's and 650k for her moms. I'm now the second poorest person in the house, next to the dog. I also have a garage full of furniture that isn't needed.
I'm still playing banks stocks, and added some of the gold stocks I've been watching.
Took a flier on ADRO-Q and it hasn't been pretty. Down .Down about 10 k on that stoner pick, but like your unvc, I'm looking for a big run.
