I'm gonna call that a three-transaction open-market sell order. According to my lvl2, it only took 10 seconds for all three. It was probably supposed to be a limit sell order for $0.10, but a fat-fingered or absent-minded motion.

If these were MM computer trades, they would've hit a 5th decimal space.
