The 10Q clearly states Amazon is not renewing and that the business would go away

No where does it say anything about renegotiating, that is simply spin and wishful thinking. And if it does get negotiated it will not be in TLSS or shareholders favor.

I live in the area where TLSS delivers and I have seen fewer and fewer items being delivered by them with Fedex and DHL picking up the slack as well as actual Amazon delivery trucks.
