So some company will want to RM with a company that has absolutely nothing except a old outdated app that isint even available anymore? A company that needs 5 years of filings just to get caught up? A company that has so much toxic debt that they can’t even pump it enough for the debtors to convert?a company that has a CEO that was convicted of PnD schemes and lost everything to the courts?

Ya EVTI is a prime candidate,especially when any company can literally find a shell that’s clean to RM into a lot cheaper then It would take to RM into EVTI
