Yes I did, he did not misspeak, but it sounds like he was trying to keep expectation low, plans on beating that number

Have you considered:
1) Gary seemed to indicate he felt comfortable with the $4 Million as a minimum number ... could well be higher

2) PCTL also brings in revenues from Licensing and Equipment Leases (in adddition to “Sales”) ... so this could be another $3 to $5 Million in 2020. For a Total Revenues of $7 Million to $9 Million.

So the “Earnings” could be $4 to $6 Million.
IMO.
