From the 10Q:

Our Chairman, President, Chief Executive Officer and Secretary, Arthur D. Sams, beneficially owns approximately 55% of our outstanding shares of
common stock.

So, the float has now churned 10X today.

And if you pull out all the shareholders in the float who are not going to even know about this move until they check their stocks this evening, I'd say the effective float has churned 20X or 30X.

This is pretty darn remarkable. The power of Twitter combined with a company that really could take on the world (or at least get up to $5 or $10 in a buyout scenario).

Well, I figured that there would be a bunch of sellers as the hot money moves on to the next StockAuthority pick.

I guess the next few days will depend on who is left holding these shares -- and how many people shorted it up there at the top.

Oh well, I'm hearing good things, so this one will be okay. It isn't as though EVs are going away any time soon. And in the right hands, this company could be a gold mine. All it needs is some more scale to help on getting product to market.
