Yep. Someone turned the lights out a long, long time ago. They just failed to tell anyone here.

It's a shame what happened here. Once that filing came in to fund the company at something like an 80% discount to market, it doomed the stock.

The Kodak deal IMO was also over-hyped, and appeared to just be an API thing avail to any company. I don't trust this management at all.

Seems to have just become a 1 tick flipper stock now. Not surprised they haven't filed results in some time.
