thank goodness...kim never said a word when he filed s-i's previously...no matter how long they took...

I always argued that the quiet period pertained to anything affecting the s-1...the company was not precluded from continuing to conduct its business as it sees fit including releasing pr's that had nothing to do with the s-1 filing..

Maxim must be shaking their head at kim wondering how hes supposed to survive the Nasdaq knowing as little as he does...
