You are diverting from the point I am making here. The CEO created a SCAM SHELL company in an effort to pad his own wallet. He knew FAR ahead of time that this company was going to BUST and he continued to dilute the stock to pay himself and his creditors.
Could I have done better DD and avoided this? Of course. But this kind of scam shouldn't be allowed in the first place as it is all based on deceit.
The market club sent out an email today claiming this is the next break out. Any truth to this "IYO"? Also when last did they do a R/S? Sorry new to this board and following the market club info.
