What part about lcy buying the patents is hard to comprehend? In the real world the dead company would have no yeast at all without Cargill . As the yeast is grown from their patented host .But as Visolis has stated more then once . They believe their technology superior . Hence the 3 million upgrade to lcy's new plant . Visolis has even started their own company in the Netherlands using that superior technology.

Funny thing is that Visolis/LYCB has already purchased all of Bioambers patents in the liquidation as well as their plant and anything else worth anything. They already have everything they need.
