An incoming merger is coming... you now have 2 types of investors on this ticker... ones capitalizing on the announcement of incoming merger (short term) or ones holding long hoping incoming merger candidate is strong financially (long term) no ones pumping and dumping...may have some flipping like every stock...but come on.. if you don't want the ticker then move on.
