Assessment? "for amusement purposes only" -I don't put much merit in Q or K in otc land. these are not stocks that value based on forward P/E multiple or even price to book ratio. there is no P/E down here. Q/K mean very little in terms of run potential or stock price value.
Stocks run on forward prospect of money, opportunity and the resulting momo or insider games. They all go when it is time and not before.
what I can say is that RNVA is in a different evolutionary chapter now, and there must be something up if TPTW entered into such a tightly woven business deal.
what I can also say is that no one here knows Seamus' playbook - no matter how hard they may try to convince you they do.
me personally I think he has his eye on relist to nasdaq. that will take time. killing the stock with a massive RS from trips won't get him there. that would only serve to set up for new massive rounds of dilutive funding- which he does not need, because he already bought the hospitals.
