Below are statements taken from the “Status” slide of their June 2020 Investor Presentation (which is on their website):

- Pre-Production scaleup runs were completed in Q1,2020.
- First commercial production planned for July 2020.
- Toddler nutrition product launch planned for August 2020.
- R&D for children nutrition product is done.
- FDA regulatory & clinical studies process for Infants started.
- US market research completed (1856 moms).
- Brand strategy completed.
- New website and e-store launched Q1 2020.
- Amazon store to launch in Q3

I asked about the definitive manufacturing agreement and received a reply (from the CEO) saying that it should be signed after the first commercial run, during which the detailed specifications will be determined. In the list above, you can see that the first commercial production run is planned for July. I also inquired about backup plans in the event that the manufacturing agreement didn’t happen. She assured me that they have several alternatives (but that they fully believe these won’t be necessary).
