The 10K was filed at ~5:20 Friday 5/29. There was a twitter user (@Julie something) that did a ton of DD on John and found that he nearly always had term financials filed during the 5 o’clock hour. I remember everyone giving her some shit. It was a wild moment leading up to the anticipation for that filing.
