After 2nd 10Q 0.18-0.776 with certain news it could go well over a dollar on a run

Looks pretty clear to me; up we go. .49 pps is somewhere in the middle.
Time to nibble, buy, add, and/or load PCTL before its huge Q2 10-Q hits.
