Agreed - why would Freytag care. Even if they did care, why on earth would a private company ever spend money on a PR?
The whole address thing is pretty tenuous. If I had a nickel for all the times someone has posted "the address for the shell is the same as the address for the CEO's private company (and therefore you can expect him to merge the private company into the shell)", well, I would have a lot of nickels.
