The Facebook page does not indicate SAM is acquiring KPAY. It indicates only 51%. But it is the same vague wording as all the other news regarding KPA has been.


"SAM will soon buy majority shares of KinerjaPay."


Also, still no SEC filings and no PR from Edwin.
