If the Data and Safety Monitoring Board (DSMB) was seeing such a dramatic difference in mortality I would hope that they would stop the trial and all patients would be getting Leronlimab. I would hope they wouldn't see people's lives only represented as statistics on a computer screen and do what is humanely correct.

....and this might be why NP and crowd have such a giddy and bubbly attitude when they talk about clinical trials status.

Maybe they're playing the clock with the FDA....maybe this next week will bring a fireworks show that we can all celebrate !!!

1. In your scenario for critical/severe, keep in mind the 6 to 7 deaths would be counted twice so in your scenario it would be 2 deaths vs 12 or 14.... that would be pretty dramatic..

2. As far as your timeline on mild to moderate I don’t understand your july 20 date. This trial gets results in 14 days as opposed to the 28 days for severe. The results should be ready for both trials around the same time.
