Look at whats happening with Nikola ( nk la) warrants.. They have filed a registration to call for all warrants (not effective yet).
I believe $GPAQW (warrants) have 5 years expiration date and it will always trail behind commons by at least $10.85 (isn't that the conversion price for warrants).. and factor in some other factors (xx)..
If we go by that assumptions.. if commons trade at $25, then warrants will be around 25-10.85-xx= $11 to $12
GPAQW warrants extremely undervalued ! at $1.59 USD
Price Projection based on future financials based on DD. Here is what I think the warrants should be worth in relation to stock price based on extensive research.
At a share price of $11.85 USD warrants should be at $5.50 At a share price of $17.00 USD warrants should be at $9.00 At a share price of $25.00 USD warrants should be at $14.00
At a share price of $70.00 USD warrants should be at $39.00 At a share price of $100.00 USD warrants should be at $55.00 At a share price of $250.00 USD warrants should be at $160.00
Remember the Float on this stock is extremely small at under 2.8 million. It is the smallest Float of any present Spac Play with the highest chances for price appreciation. This stock is heavily controlled by market makers. So be patient and don't get shaken out if there are any violent swings. If you read all my posts this is the safest investment of any Spac Play and should explode in value in coming weeks and months and years to come.
Once the merger is complete share holders will get a 42% pop due to the guaranteed 1:42 stock incentive promised in sec filing. They will also be cancelling shares to make sure there is no dilution. When the ticker symbol changes over to "HOFV" expect huge tv coverage on CNBC and interviews with CEO on Jim Cramers Show " Mad Money ".
The CEO is an ex Disney executive for 25 years responsible for creating Disney in Shanghai. The team is outstanding and the hedge fund list of holders is more then impressive. Watch for news to hit once merger is complete and this becomes a house hold name.
Remember NIKOLA ( NKLA ) prior to merger was VTIQ and priced at $10.00 USD went has high as $90.00 USD and is expected to surpass $150.00 USD short term. They have no profits and very few assets with no proven business model based on a hope and a dream.
