Good odds of this hitting over $5 in the next 2 weeks. They issued warrants at $3.90 a week ago which indicates potential for a major move. CAPR$ did an identical move a week or so before popping to $11.00 and issued warrants to insiders at around $3.76. Same patterns get similar results.
