First we need good peer reviewed articles (almost a given)
Might even see them pre-peer review (also probably a given).

At approximately this time period we need a grant given, or a partner to franchise a P-2b/3. Hopefully done at the same time, if not, then a really good P-2b.

Then a successful P-3. Then, maybe $15, $30, $20, who knows.

And if other B uses and K work out $30 is not a crazy thing. But look at the interim steps. Lots of long odds there. $60 got me nervous a few days ago, $30 too. Of course the fulcrum is a good P-2b, that's the deal. And it ain't easy, but not unlikely. Notice the weasel words.
