One thing for sure. If Trump is not re elected, Mnuchin is out. He is a cabinet position appointed by the president. It's a 100% guarantee that a Democrat would never re appoint Mnuchin.
Given the current lay of the legal land, it would be questionable if Calabria would survive a new administration.
