Stockhabit,
I understood completely.
Most of the time I will not go through the converting process, I cash out.
I am not greedy, my cost of the warrant usually very low, mentally I have
a pre-set price and get out. For example, My cost of VTIQW ~$6.50, I sold
out at ~$27.00

I think most people would be planning to convert their warrants when the stock price will be higher then the strike price of $11.50. Makes no sense to do otherwise. There would be opportunity for a substantial gain through arbitrage after Converting your warrants if the stock price follows the same trend lines of some recent high profile SPACs after their mergers completed. One of those SPACS was Draftkings which i think is a great comparable to GPAQ.
